H15 Valves Are 100% Shutoff Devices With Compact, Castaluminum Valve Bodies. A Rotor B Valve Is Provided As Anoption For Manual Adjustment Of The Pilot Flame(Figure 3). The Flow Interruption Feature Allows Gas Toflow Only To The Pilot During The Lighting Operation.

The H15 Series Pilot Valves Provide Safe Lighting Andcomplete Shutoff Of Pilot And Main Burner Gas In Theevent That The Flame Heating The Thermocouple Isextinguished. They Are Designed For Standing Pilotapplications And Can Be Used With Natural Gas Andliquefied Petroleum (Lp) Gas, At Pressures Up To0.5 Psi (35 Mbar [3.5 Kpa]). Typical Applicationsinclude Commercial Cooking Equipment, Heaters, Kilns,Dishwashing Equipment, Industrial Ovens, And Similarapplications.

The H15 Series Automatic Pilot Valves Provide Safelighting And Complete Shutoff Of Pilot And Mainburner Gas. They Are Designed For Standing Pilotapplications And Can Be Used With Natural Gas,Lp Gas, Or Lp Gas-Air Mixtures At Pressures Up To0.5 Psi (35 Mbar [3.5 Kpa]). Models Without A Rotor Bvalve Are Suitable For Operation Over A Temperaturerange Of -30 To 175°F (-34 To 79°C). Models With A Rotor Bvalve Are Suitable For Operation Over A Temperaturerange Of 32 To 175°F (0 To 79°C). The H15_B Andh15_R Models Are Suitable For Operation Over Atemperature Range Of 32 To 300°F (0 To 149°C).

The Use Of Single Function Components Providesmaximum Flexibility In Manifold Makeup. Bycombining The H15 Pilot Valve With Other Singlefunction Components (Pressure Regulator, Automaticgas Valve, And Manual Valve), You Can Meet Theexact Requirements Of A Wide Variety Of Applications.
